Managing the repair and maintenance issues are part of Facility Management. You will need to record the issues that arise per facility or asset and track the job until it is done. This usually has to happen in a timely fashion taking into consideration the priority or criticality of the situation.
Morta provides templates to raise or submit issues using a simple form. This form allows you to describe the issue and assign the type or category of the damages along with the date of occurrence per asset. Of course, this form can be customised to include more details as required.
All the recorded issues can then be tracked and managed using a simple table. Every issue can be reviewed and redirected to a consultant of choice based on the repair or maintenance type required. Details like priority or criticality can sure be added in addition to the required repair time.
